  They lack people skills dont want to deal with the issues when they arise ie broken customers items and they put you off put you off put you off. In this case the owner wanted to know about it then fobbed it off to the secretary and now, she puts off dealing with it. Hoping i guess we get fed up and go away.

  would not recommend this Company to anyone as the service is far from satisfactory over all a very poor experience

  We used them twice (different yrs) first time no real issue, hence using them again. Second time they had to move a few heavy things, broke some stone granite (very expensive and difficult to match) due to tardiness and being in a rush to finish the job as the owner wanted the truck back.

  Hence whilst in their truck the piece broke in half. If you intend to use them, take photos of your items you cant handle to be dented, broken etc because if they are damaged you will have to prove you didnt do it.

  Take photos of all your valuable and especially expensive possessions, as breakages happen, as happened to us. and we are still trying to deal with this company and found it very difficult so far.

  We found them slow and because of this ended up expensive for the amount of items they moved not to mention the $$$$$ of broken property.
